still maintaining
no gain. no loss. i've been maintaining the weight i lost but now feel it's time to kick it in gear and go for the final push. i know i can make my goal weight by the end of the year, holiday or no.

130... six pounds away. six pounds in a month and a half. i think i can do it. i know i will be able to if i concentrate harder. if i actually start exercising again.

i'm planning on starting the couch to 5k program soon. my goal is to start it before the end of the year. i actually like to run and am thinking that it is high time that i got to trying it again. i'm much, much lighter now and the running should be less impactful on my joints. the few times i've run with my dog i've actually been able to go farther than i thought.

six pounds. 6. time to find my motivation again. time to get rid of the weight and get to goal.

long time no post. that happens when it's 24 days before your wedding. been working fanatically on my to do list, trying to whip it into shape.

i am now between a size 8 and 10, closer to an 8. i'm almost at my weight watchers goal of 135 -- one more week! -- and six pounds away from my personal goal of 130.

as of now, i have lost 50 pounds since my highest know weight.

thin does feel better.

Diet:
  • eat no more than 1600 calories a day
  • consume two fruits, two servings of dairy and a salad every day
  • cut back alcohol intake to no more than 4 drinks a week
  • drink 8-10 glasses of water daily
Cardio Regimen:
  • do three 30 minute cardio sessions per week
  • shoot for 65-75 of target heart rate zone during cardio sessions
  • increase daily physical activity (i.e. take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk around more often, stretch every 30 minutes)
Weight Training Goals:
do core work daily

do 2 basic weight training sessions per week (using dumbbells and bodyweight):
  • squats
  • lunges
  • bent over rows
  • row and press
  • chest flyes
  • pushups
  • dips
  • biceps extensions
  • triceps extensions
  • crunches
Stretching Goals:
  • stretch after every workout
  • do beginning yoga or pilates tape at least twice a week
